The reception will be just off of School Street, so when you come out of the church go to your right and then take a left at the intersection of Elm and School to head down the hill. Look for the big white tent on your right.

(Leaving your car in the parking lot and making your way down the hill probably makes sense.)

Once it’s in the local paper, there’s no going back!

The picture we used for our engagement announcement has a nice little backstory. It was taken the night we got engaged by one of the cruise ship photographers. We’ll call him Ace.

This was the first picture he took in a series, and he didn’t know that we had just gotten engaged so he had Allen hold my hand without showing off the ring. Later pictures had the ring in them, but they just didn’t capture us the way this one did.
